Commode, Louis XVI in the Style of Jansen
Classic antique French Louis XVI style commode produced in the 1800’s and completely restored by our Old Plank workshops. The finishing department removed the old dead finish from the exterior and applied an old fashion ebonized color that still allows for the graining of the wood to show through, as well as some of the natural warm tones of the mahogany. The brasses were lightly cleaned and tightened.
