Beautiful and unusual at the same time, for although these French Art Deco leather club chairs are on the more petite scale, because of the way their arms are designed, a much larger person than you could image fits quite comfortably in these French Deco Club chairs. This particular pair of French leather Club Chair is old enough, that when they were first made, they would have had velvet seat cushions filled with down and not upholstered in leather. Our Old Plank workshop upholstery and leather finishing departments got together and I think made an incredible pair of matching new leather seat cushions and of course stuffed with real down feathers for ultimate comfort. The workshop at the same time installed eight-way hand-tied coil springs and stuffed the frame with horsehair and shredded coco as needed. Please note that one chair is slightly larger. The differences in measurements range from 1/4" to 1". The smaller chair is 29.5" high, 17" seat height, 30.5" wide and the depth is the same at 30". The seat height of the larger chair is 17.5 inches.
