When one sits back and thinks about a pair of old leather club chairs, this in our mind, is what we think of first, unless you are stuck in the Art Deco period. This particular pair of old leather club chairs, probably pre-date the Art Deco club chairs, for they still have their original velvet seat cushions and of course, they are filled with real down feathers. Just does not get any more comfortable than that. The leather on our pair of club chairs, is original and has not been color enhanced, re-dyed or what have you? The original leather, on this particular pair of club chairs, have the most gorgeous original patina, we have seen in a very long time. No matter how good a restorer of club chairs you think you are, I have never seen anyone, who can duplicate what 100 years of use can produce. Our Old Plank upholstery department, opened up each chair and tied all the coil springs in 8 different directions, by hand and rebuilt the frame as necessary. So, our club chairs are all original on the exterior and completely restored on the inside and should be good for the next 50 years.
