Vintage inlaid French Louis XV style commode, probably constructed during the 1930s or 1940s. What is nice about this particular French commode, is that the drawer construction quality, is really way above what we typically see. The backs of the drawers are tightly dove-tailed and almost unbelievable, is that the drawer bottoms are actually a solid wood and not some thin piece of plywood. The top has been freshly just refinished and left the rest of the French commode in its original condition, which is certainly ok, but not perfect, although too good to start messing around with. This is a very nicely made and correctly priced vintage French commode in the style of Louis XV.
