English Folk Art Bank
Generally, when one starts describing a piece of folk art it usually is made from wood, or another light material, but not in this case. Someone in England made a child’s bank from heavy steel and hand cut and filed every tiny detail. The little clock in the top is just for looks (non-functioning) and says H.H. Paris on the face and I think it is home made. We purchased the bank in Leek, England.
