Baguès born in Auvergne, France c1840 was internationally recognized as a creator of artistic lighting. Maison Baguès remains in business to this day, for most interior designers, still see Baguès as a symbol of extreme quality and utter elegance. Our Baguès coffee table is cast from solid bronze and then gilded. The mirror is beautifully aged with an incredible patina and we believe is original to the Baguès coffee table. There are no signs of any repair or restoration work and none is required. **Please note that there are several scratches on the mirror, but the camera didn't pick it up. Please don't hesitate to ask for more photos. I can photograph it with a dark background to make the scratches show.
