Justin Jean-Baptiste Hippolyte Pradelles was a French landscape painter lived from 1824-1913. In Bordeaux, in the early 1860’s, Pradelles formed the "Port-Berteau alliance" along with Louis-Augustin Auguin, Jean-Baptiste Corot and Gustave Courbet. Pradelles presented his works successfully in the Salon of the Society of Friends of Arts of Bordeaux, while holding workshops that attracted many young artists. Pradelles also exhibited at the Salon of the National Society of Fine Arts and the Society of Friends of the Arts of Strasbourg. Condition: Decent-- we are able to restore it in house.
