This incredible bookcase wash and constructed right here in the Old Plank workshop, from a drawing for a renowned Chicago design firm. It is actually one of a pair that we handcrafted and built from solid mahogany, then triple-sanded smooth and coated with a polished, old fashioned ebonized finish; it is breathtaking. If this style interests you, there are countless options, the bottom could be used as a buffet, or we could make the top with glass or mirrored doors, or really just about any modification you can come up with. Everything is in scale and the custom crafted solid bronze trim adds so much character and visual interest.
