Set of 8 Vintage French Os de Mouton Dining Chairs

Extraordinary set of eight vintage French solid oak Louis XIII or Os de Mouton dining chairs retaining their French tapestry upholstery, which is still in very good condition. This is a spectacular set - most dining chairs from France require full restoration when they arrive but not these. This set sits comfortably and the upholstery is unique. Solid oak frames, nailhead trim, and subtle but distinctive carved details take these chairs to a superior level. This is a very fine set of original vintage French dining chairs that would compliment almost any style dining table. The exposed wood frames are a medium to light color that we can darken upon request. The armchairs are 31.5" deep, 23" wide and the seat height is 20.75". France, circa 1930
