Vintage French black lacquered Directoire style commode with the original finish. The drawers have machine-dovetails and solid wood bottoms, brass trim and original locks and key. This commode is in very good original condition, functions perfectly and is structurally sound. There is some checking and chipping to the finish. France circa 1930
