Vintage Palissandre Art Deco Table & Chairs

Exquisite Art Moderne dining table in palissandre wood with onyx tabletop and six matching side chairs. The table has hidden drawers at the sides and rests atop two large shaped supports with bands of contrasting wood above flared feet. The matching chairs retain their original leather upholstery with brass nail-head studs. Ebonized banding adorns the upper seat rail and continues on to the tapered supports. The fine and rich figuring of the palissandre highlights this elegant set. Circa 1930, France.
