Antique French Louis Philippe Figured Walnut Buffet

Magnificent original antique French Louis Philippe 3 drawer over 4 door figured walnut buffet in very nice fully restored condition. This great buffet is an authentic piece from the Louis Philippe period (1830-1848) which derived its style from the simple, rounded lines of the Restoration Period, but with very little ornamentation. Darker woods were once again preferred, including mahogany, palisander, and walnut. This Louis Philippe buffet is the genuine article with great scale providing many possibilities for use - in the dining room storing extra platters, serving utensils and linens, in the bedroom as a unique dresser, or even in the family room for a flat screen TV and media equipment.
