Description
French Louis XVI settee with maker's mark. Genuine Parisian furniture from the 1700's had to be signed by law. This one has the original paint somewhere underneath all the other paint layers that have been added through the years. All the paint is very old, there were no recent touch-ups. This settee has been fully restored, it was completely rebuilt with new springs and padding and is ready for upholstering. Seat height is 17". France circa 1780
