Reproduction Hand Made Ebonized Bookcase

This incredible bookcase was made here in the Old Plank workshop from a drawing for a renown Chicago design firm. It is actually one of a pair and was handcrafted and built from solid mahogany, then triple-sanded smooth and coated with an old fashioned polished ebonized finish; it is breathtaking. If this style interests you, there are countless options, the bottom could be used as a buffet, or we could make the top with glass doors, or really just about any modification you can come up with. Everything is in scale and the custom solid bronze trim adds so much character and visual interest.
