A pair of Louis Philippe oak bonnetieres with shaped and overhung stepped cornice above a high relief carved and molded arch. The arch surmounts a triple banded and shaped panel accented by a stylized escutcheon. Arched shaped paneling continues to the upper sides of the carcass atop lower framed panels. The plinth drawer features an unusual peg-shaped pull. Circa 1840, France.
