French Triple Mirrored Armoire

A Napoleon III walnut armoire with bonnet-shaped center cornice featuring a cabochon crest and flanked at the side by finials. The lower frieze features scrolling vines and paneled flowers and rosettes. Center fluted bands frame three mirrored doors. The two side doors rest above floral medallions. The interior storage space comprises three shelves with a middle drawer. The lower exterior drawer is enhanced by husk and quatrefoil motifs. The piece rests above raised plinth on tapered peg feet. Circa 1880, France.
