Take yourself back in time to the vineyards of 19th century France, the harvest is in, the wine is fermenting and it's time to sample the new vintage. Someone grabs the glasses and where to put them? That's when this magnificent authentic wine tasting table was set up and the swooshing, slurping and swallowing ensued. This table is structurally sound, has a wonderful patina and is ready for another 100+ years use. Ideal for the wine cellar, library, kitchen, study or work room. When the top is tilted vertically, the table measures 49.5 " high x 44" wide x 25.75" deep. France, circa 1870
