Austrian Black Forest Folk Art Shelf with Carved Deer

Outstanding antique Austrian Black Forest figured walnut what-not shelf with a handsome hand-carved deer. This shelf is in very nice original condition and has exquisite details with stylized brackets, a scalloped walnut back and carved apron. This shelf could be used in almost any location - from a gentleman's library displaying his favorite books to an entry hall as a console with a rustic mirror above.
