Unbelievable antique sofa/console table found in an Italian convent. This table is in excellent condition and needed only minor restoration and beeswax to bring out the wonderful original patina; the wood species is believed to be walnut, it is hard to be sure as the wood has darkened over the years making it difficult to identify. The front and sides of the table are stamped (see detailed photos). Italy circa 1700
